STEP TWO - THE MEETING - Tell us your meeting room requirements

The listed room layouts are just a sample of what the BG Conference and Events venue can offer. Please select the options below that best suit your event. If your preferred layout is not listed, or if you are unsure at this stage which layout you would like we will be happy to help advise you.

An Exhibition or Clear layout is applicable when you require a blank canvass in which to display stands for delegates. Warwick Conferences can provide exhibition layouts with or without tables and chairs for exhibitors.

A Cabaret room layout consists of a group of round or square tables. This room layout is most appropriate when there is a requirement for large amounts of group work/interaction required from delegates.

A Classroom layout consists of rows of tables and chairs facing a focal point at the front of the room. Ideal for training sessions which dictate a large amount of paperwork and/or note-taking and less suitable for interactive meeting requirements.

A U-shape layout in your main meeting room provides a series of tables set up in the shape of the letter U with seating around the outside of the shape. This layout is most appropriate for smaller groups discussing topics around the table as all attendees can interact freely with others in the group.

A Theatre (or lecture) room layout consists of rows of seating facing a central point. Warwick Conferences can offer theatre style meetings with or without tables for delegates to lean/write on. Most appropriate when there is a speaker throughout the session.

A Boardroom layout provides a round or square table with seating for delegates around each side and at each end. Boardroom layouts are ideal for smaller group discussions, board meetings and committee meetings. They are less suitable for larger sessions and those which require a speaker.

A Finger Buffet lunch is included as standard as part of your Business Delegate booking and you will have full use of all available equipment in your chosen venue.

Buffet options

Sometimes our customers want to add a little more to their day without huge expense. With this in mind we have a few simple options available and upgrading your delegate package is easy.

We have a comprehensive Cold Plate Buffet to satisfy the healthiest of appetites or you can choose one of our Hot Buffet options, all options are self service and great for client interaction.
